As a Financial Reporting Manager at Brex, you will lead the preparation and distribution of consolidated and entity-only financial statements, ensure regulatory compliance, provide technical accounting guidance for complex transactions, and drive process improvements through automation and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• CPA license.
• 6+ years of public accounting or private industry experience.
• Strong technical accounting and financial reporting knowledge in US GAAP.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience implementing and improving business processes and systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation of consolidated and entity-only financial statements for internal and external use.
• Manage regulatory reporting for regulated entities ensuring compliance.
• Evaluate complex transactions and provide technical accounting guidance.
• Design and implement controls over financial reporting.
• Drive process improvements via automation and AI initiatives.
