🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze category and brand inputs to support selection and growth strategy
• Build program charters, roadmaps, and phased goals for category expansion
• Create scorecards, forecasts, and performance reports
• Partner with Brand Managers, operations, marketing, and FP&A on forecasts and execution

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in program management, supply chain, or consulting
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• Cross-functional communication and stakeholder influence without authority
• Mandarin and English language proficiency required
