💼 About This Role
You'll build FLORA's first enterprise marketing engine, designing multi-channel demand generation campaigns and owning events to drive pipeline. Your work will turn inbound interest into repeatable, measurable growth alongside Sales and RevOps teams. You'll have free reign to experiment in a 0-1 role at a company backed by top-tier investors.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Design multi-channel demand generation campaigns (email, paid, content)
- Own events and conferences as a pipeline channel
- Manage full funnel from lead to opportunity (MQL definitions, scoring, nurture)
- Build attribution and tracking infrastructure for ROI measurement
📋 Requirements
- 5+ years in B2B marketing with enterprise demand generation ownership
- Track record of building pipeline programs (scrappy to large-scale)
- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation
- Understanding of enterprise buying process (committees, champions, long cycles)

- Experience at a company navigating PLG-to-enterprise transition
