💼 About This Role

You'll manage relationships with assigned customers, ensuring their needs are met across support, services, and product development. You'll provide project leadership for major FireMon programs and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-impact outcomes. This role requires periodic onsite visits in the UK.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage overall relationships with assigned end-users, increasing adoption and retention.
• Provide project leadership for customers' major FireMon programs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Support, R&D, Product Management, and Sales.
• Perform system health checks, user/device management, troubleshooting, and upgrades.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years experience in technical account management or similar customer-facing role.
• 3+ years experience managing complex network infrastructures (router/switch/software-defined).
• Active technical certification such as CCNA or equivalent.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in client-server applications, Unix/Linux system administration, or software development.
• Understanding of modern software development methodologies.
• Italian language skills strongly preferred.
