💼 About This Role

You'll play a critical role in general accounting and administering our employee ownership program. You'll handle hands-on accounting execution while owning complex processes and collaborating across teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare standard monthly and annual journal entries and account reconciliations
• Own assigned accounting areas such as accruals and prepaids
• Serve as primary administrator of employee ownership program
• Manage ownership-related transactions and system data integrity

📋 Requirements

• Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Five or more years of progressive accounting experience including journal entries, reconciliations, and period-end close
• Experience working in an ERP system in a corporate accounting environment
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including reconciliations and data validation

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Experience supporting audits and preparing accounting schedules
• Direct experience administering equity, ownership, or stock-based programs
