Description

You'll work in a small, collaborative feature team contributing across teams to solve meaningful customer problems and improve the platform. You'll shape what and how we build, working with Product, Support, Customer Success, and Go-to-Market teams to create high-impact features and seamless customer experiences.

Requirements

• 12+ years industry experience in SaaS and distributed systems
• Experience with large-scale data-oriented systems on a major cloud provider
• Deep technical judgment; guide architectural decisions across teams
• Passion for building scalable infrastructure systems
• Excited about functional languages (Clojure) in production but not required

Responsibilities

• Ingest and understand large amounts of structured customer, product, and event data
• Create probabilistic knowledge graphs by training ML models to unify data across systems
• Take research algorithms and realize them in production for high-scale usage
• Integrate system into operating core of businesses we serve
• Automate management of thousands of VMs running data processing jobs
