💼 About This Role

You'll support the Development and Employer Services team in driving fundraising and employer partnership efforts for a social impact organization. Your work will help manage a $150M+ pipeline and engage hundreds of external stakeholders annually.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct donor research and prepare stakeholder profiles
• Draft proposals, reports, and funder submissions
• Maintain Salesforce and Excel tracking tools
• Coordinate schedules, deadlines, and deliverables

📋 Requirements

• 2–4 years of relevant experience
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
