💼 About This Role
You'll bring intelligent robotic automation into complex manufacturing environments and drive expansion across Europe. You'll lead multi-stakeholder sales cycles from discovery through close, building a strong enterprise pipeline. You will be accountable for revenue generation in your region and shaping go-to-market strategy as we scale internationally.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Build commercial presence across Europe targeting manufacturers
- Generate pipeline through proactive outreach and account research
- Spend time on customer sites understanding factory-floor workflows
- Lead full sales cycles from discovery through negotiation and close
📋 Requirements
- Track record selling complex enterprise solutions in early-stage environments
- Experience commercialising innovative, non-commoditised products
- Ability to operate in high-ambiguity environments with strong ownership
- Willingness to travel frequently across Europe
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience selling into manufacturing, industrial automation, or robotics
- Experience with long sales cycles involving pilots or staged rollouts
- Additional European languages beyond English
