💼 About This Role

You'll bring intelligent robotic automation into complex manufacturing environments and drive expansion across Europe. You'll lead multi-stakeholder sales cycles from discovery through close, building a strong enterprise pipeline. You will be accountable for revenue generation in your region and shaping go-to-market strategy as we scale internationally.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Build commercial presence across Europe targeting manufacturers
  • Generate pipeline through proactive outreach and account research
  • Spend time on customer sites understanding factory-floor workflows
  • Lead full sales cycles from discovery through negotiation and close

📋 Requirements

  • Track record selling complex enterprise solutions in early-stage environments
  • Experience commercialising innovative, non-commoditised products
  • Ability to operate in high-ambiguity environments with strong ownership
  • Willingness to travel frequently across Europe

  • Experience selling into manufacturing, industrial automation, or robotics
  • Experience with long sales cycles involving pilots or staged rollouts
  • Additional European languages beyond English
