You'll lead product launches and messaging for CoLab's AI platform, partnering with product and marketing teams. Your work will directly impact how engineering teams understand and adopt new capabilities. This role offers the chance to shape messaging from strategy to execution in a fast-growing company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Translate campaign strategy into clear messaging and launch assets
• Own messaging for feature releases across emails, talks, and social posts
• Partner with Product Management to manage launch logistics
• Produce educational materials for Sales and Customer Success teams

📋 Requirements

• 5-7+ years of total B2B software or manufacturing experience
• 2+ years of product marketing experience
• Experience with customer research and data-driven go-to-market strategy
• Strong track record in positioning and messaging impacting pipeline outcomes
