Requirements

  • 6-8+ years in Revenue Enablement, Sales Leadership, or GTM Strategy in B2B SaaS
  • Proven track record integrating AI tools into sales workflows
  • Exceptional cross-functional communication and consensus-building skills
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into compelling narratives
  • Experience coaching and developing emotional intelligence in technical sales

Responsibilities

  • Lead rollout of AI-driven enablement programs focusing on human-in-the-loop adoption
