You'll lead complex clinical trials across multiple phases, ensuring alignment with sponsors, internal teams, and vendors. Your oversight drives operational excellence and client satisfaction in a fast-growing CRO environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead planning and execution of Phase I–IV clinical trials
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendor oversight
• Develop project plans, financial tracking, and risk mitigation
• Manage client relationships and serve as primary point of contact

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in clinical research within pharma/biotech/CRO
• 7+ years direct clinical project management across multiple phases
• Oncology clinical trial experience required
• Strong knowledge of ICH, FDA, Health Canada, EMA guidelines
