💼 About This Role

You'll lead and coach a team of Account Executives within our Startups segment at Baseten, the platform powering AI inference for leading companies. You'll drive revenue growth and align customer needs with our product roadmap. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge ML startups and the chance to shape AI infrastructure go-to-market.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of Startups Account Executives
• Define and execute go-to-market strategy for startups segment
• Hire, interview, and onboard top sales talent
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Engineering

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of closing sales experience with 2+ years in management
• Technical acumen in AI infrastructure, cloud, or developer platforms
• Based in San Francisco or New York City with 3 days/week in office
• Proven track record in high velocity sales environments
