You'll provide specialized support to employees and managers at critical moments in the employee lifecycle, ensuring an equitable and inclusive experience. You'll act as a consultant on performance management and own complex employee relations matters including workplace investigations. This role bridges performance, conduct, and leadership support at a leading restaurant technology company.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Coach front-line leaders on performance management and documentation.
  • Conduct workplace investigations and handle code of conduct violations.
  • Track case trends and compliance data to identify systemic risks.
  • Partner cross-functionally with HRBPs and Employee Relations centers of excellence.

πŸ“‹ Requirements

  • 2+ years in HRBP, Employee Relations, or equivalent HR role.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex workplace investigations.
  • Strong experience navigating labor relations and coaching managers.
  • Solid understanding of U.S. employment law and HR practices.

✨ Nice to Have

  • PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent certification.
  • Experience in a high-growth or fast-scaling organization.
  • Experience supporting a scaling Go To Market line of business.
