πΌ About This Role
You'll provide specialized support to employees and managers at critical moments in the employee lifecycle, ensuring an equitable and inclusive experience. You'll act as a consultant on performance management and own complex employee relations matters including workplace investigations. This role bridges performance, conduct, and leadership support at a leading restaurant technology company.
π― What You'll Do
- Coach front-line leaders on performance management and documentation.
- Conduct workplace investigations and handle code of conduct violations.
- Track case trends and compliance data to identify systemic risks.
- Partner cross-functionally with HRBPs and Employee Relations centers of excellence.
π Requirements
- 2+ years in HRBP, Employee Relations, or equivalent HR role.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex workplace investigations.
- Strong experience navigating labor relations and coaching managers.
- Solid understanding of U.S. employment law and HR practices.
β¨ Nice to Have
- PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent certification.
- Experience in a high-growth or fast-scaling organization.
- Experience supporting a scaling Go To Market line of business.
