Description

As a Compensation Analyst at Nextdoor, you will develop, implement, and maintain compensation programs, conduct market research, and support People team initiatives. You'll build tools, analyze data, and provide insights to guide compensation decisions in a hybrid work environment.

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience with People programs (compensation, benefits, analytics, talent acquisition, or talent management)
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Comfort with Workday and Google Suite
• Intermediate to advanced spreadsheet skills
• Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain compensation tooling and dashboards
• Support cyclic compensation planning and review cycles
• Conduct market research and maintain global benchmarks
• Build financial models and run scenario analysis
• Participate in compensation and people-related projects
