Description

You will drive the strategy, delivery, and adoption of AI-powered solutions across MongoDB's enterprise IT landscape, transforming internal operations like service delivery, knowledge management, and automation. Collaborate with IT and business leaders to prioritize high-value AI use cases, manage the product lifecycle from ideation to scaling, and ensure responsible AI practices.

Requirements

• 7+ years product management experience, 3+ in AI/ML, automation, or enterprise IT
• Strong understanding of IT service delivery and enterprise applications
• Demonstrated success delivering AI or analytics products at scale
• Experience with AI platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure AI, AWS AI, Google Cloud AI)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Define and execute internal AI product strategy aligned with enterprise IT and business goals
• Prioritize high-value AI use cases across IT functions (helpdesk, infrastructure, security, applications, enterprise data)
• Own the lifecycle of AI products from ideation to scaling in production
• Partner with IT leaders to identify pain points and AI opportunities
• Ensure AI adoption complies with governance, security, privacy, and compliance standards
