You'll provide operational and technical Salesforce support to North America and Latin America Sales organizations. Your work ensures Salesforce CPQ, OLM, and multiple instances run efficiently with high process integrity. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage Salesforce user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings.
• Oversee case management and SLA compliance.
• Troubleshoot CPQ and multi-instance Salesforce issues.
• Configure Salesforce CPQ catalogs, pricing, and approvals.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years as a Salesforce Administrator (Sales Cloud).
• Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM-201).
• Strong expertise in Salesforce administration and configuration.
• Understanding of Salesforce data model, sharing rules, and security.

✨ Nice to Have

• Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification.
• Experience with Revenue Cloud, Billing, or ERP integrations.
• Knowledge of Apex, Flow, SOQL, and advanced automation.
