💼 About This Role

You'll collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to mitigate compliance risks within Affirm's direct-to-consumer products. You'll balance regulatory requirements with business goals in a remote-first environment at a leading fintech company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate with Product teams to identify and mitigate compliance risks
• Review and approve financial services marketing materials
• Partner cross-functionally to address compliance issues
• Develop compliance training and reference materials

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a compliance product advisory role within financial services
• Experience advising on products subject to TILA (Reg. Z) and/or EFTA (Reg. E)
• Experience in fast-paced, ambiguous environments making risk-based decisions
• Working knowledge of consumer financial laws (UDAAP, CAN-SPAM, FCRA, TCPA, etc.)

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Compliance certifications a plus
• Strong interest in fintech and consumer financial protections
