You'll build and measure ML systems that power large-scale health engagement programs at Everlywell. Your work will influence decisions that improve real member outcomes at scale. This role combines hands-on modeling with rigorous experimentation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and improve ML models for engagement and operational workflows
• Define and monitor model performance and business impact
• Design and analyze A/B tests to evaluate incremental impact
• Partner with stakeholders to define success metrics

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in Applied Science, Data Science, or similar roles
• Strong hands-on experience training, evaluating, and improving ML models
• Strong experience designing and analyzing A/B tests
• Strong Python and SQL skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in experimentation platforms or growth modeling
• Experience with causal inference or uplift modeling
• Experience with LLMs or AI agents in production
