🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead full lifecycle of complex technical programs from scoping to post-launch.
• Drive program milestones and execution criteria with engineering teams.
• Identify, track, and manage cross-team dependencies and remove blockers.
• Facilitate technical discussions and use data/metrics to monitor program health.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of technical program management experience
• Strong technical foundation in software, infrastructure, or systems
• Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional programs with dependency management
• Track record of delivering complex programs with high reliability and predictable outcomes
