You'll partner with Regional VPs of Sales as a Strategic Diplomat, translating their needs into data-driven solutions. You'll manage full-funnel oversight and specialized executive reporting for Sales QBRs. This role connects sales leadership with the Strategy Operations engine while scoping AI-driven innovations.

  • Serve as strategic partner to Regional VPs of Sales
  • Monitor full-funnel retention benchmarks and data needs
  • Identify manual tasks and scope AI Agent solutions
  • Own executive reporting and data storytelling for Sales QBRs

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 8+ years in Sales Operations, GTM Strategy, or Revenue Operations
  • Executive presence to partner with VPs and present data-driven recommendations
  • Generalist mastery across Sales, CS, Marketing, and Finance datasets
  • Operational grit to solve VP problems and hand off long-term solutions

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience in a high-growth SaaS company
  • Familiarity with AI/automation tools
  • Prior experience with Showpad or similar platforms
