You'll partner with Regional VPs of Sales as a Strategic Diplomat, translating their needs into data-driven solutions. You'll manage full-funnel oversight and specialized executive reporting for Sales QBRs. This role connects sales leadership with the Strategy Operations engine while scoping AI-driven innovations.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Serve as strategic partner to Regional VPs of Sales
- Monitor full-funnel retention benchmarks and data needs
- Identify manual tasks and scope AI Agent solutions
- Own executive reporting and data storytelling for Sales QBRs
๐ Requirements
- 8+ years in Sales Operations, GTM Strategy, or Revenue Operations
- Executive presence to partner with VPs and present data-driven recommendations
- Generalist mastery across Sales, CS, Marketing, and Finance datasets
- Operational grit to solve VP problems and hand off long-term solutions
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience in a high-growth SaaS company
- Familiarity with AI/automation tools
- Prior experience with Showpad or similar platforms
