You'll manage case supervision and lead social skills groups for a compassionate ABA provider, directly impacting children with autism. You'll collaborate with BCBAs and mentor instructors while contributing to treatment programs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide direct 1:1 Compassionate ABA therapy to children
• Assist BCBAs with case supervision and management
• Mentor instructors and trainees with constructive feedback
• Manage and oversee social skills groups

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree in progress or completed
• Active RBT certification preferred
• Minimum two years delivering high quality ABA to individuals with autism
• Valid California driver's license and auto insurance
