🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead technical discovery and implementation with Fortune 500 customers
• Troubleshoot complex issues and design custom solutions
• Educate and enable technical admins on best practices
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to drive improvements

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
• 3-5 years in a technical customer-facing role with SDLC knowledge
• Scripting proficiency across multiple languages and frameworks
• Experience with large-scale migrations or platform upgrades
