You'll design, build, and test AI Copilot experiences for ArcGIS Pro, a leading GIS platform. You'll fine-tune AI models and collaborate with a global team to deliver cutting-edge AI capabilities that impact industries like government and public safety. This role offers a unique chance to pioneer AI assistant functionality in world-class GIS software.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify primary use-cases and workflows with users and experts
• Contribute to design and usability of ArcGIS Pro AI Copilot
• Develop test cases and validate bug fixes
• Troubleshoot production issues in current and past versions

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years using an application development language (Python, C#)
• Knowledge of AI and Machine Learning concepts
• Experience building training datasets and fine-tuning AI models
• Bachelor's degree in GIS, CS, or related field

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with NLP and generative models
• Familiarity with Semantic Kernel or LangChain
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP)
