📋 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of sales or call center experience
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Goal-oriented with strong follow-up discipline

• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Healthcare outreach or appointment-setting experience
• Experience with Genesys Cloud dialer
