You'll lead pastry and baking classes in a Sur La Table store, sharing advanced pastry techniques with students. You'll inspire a love for baking while driving sales of bakeware and tools through hands-on instruction.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver pastry and baking classes following provided recipes and game plans
• Engage customers to encourage second class sign-ups and retail sales
• Set up and break down classes including mise en place and cleaning
• Maintain compliance with food safety standards and sanitation regulations

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of kitchen operations experience
• Valid Food Manager Certification
• Must be 21 years or older
• Available to work 12-16 hours per week including nights and weekends
