You'll manage inventory and sales for the school shop at an international school in Singapore. You'll ensure smooth operations during the busy summer period. Inventory management and customer service are key responsibilities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Check and maintain inventory management with guidance from Shop assistant.
• Open and close school shop account and handle daily sales reconciliation.
• Update online school shop items information and process new orders.
• Conduct stock take during term breaks and reconcile inventory differences.

📋 Requirements

• Experience in inventory management or retail operations.
• Proficiency in Shopify and Synergetic (or similar) systems.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
