You will manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles in AI, machine learning, and AI safety, collaborating with hiring managers to source and engage niche talent, and contribute to improving recruitment processes in a dynamic startup environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of technical recruitment experience
- Good understanding of AI research language and challenges
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment with changing priorities
- Excellent communication skills in French and English

- Manage 360 recruitment mandates from definition to offer acceptance
- Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies for niche AI talent
- Develop comprehensive research plans including market mapping and competitive analysis
- Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify needs and define target profiles
