💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in providing an amazing shopping experience for pop culture fans at BoxLunch, a brand that donates meals to Feeding America with every purchase. You'll train new recruits, assist with daily operations, and help meet sales targets. This role combines customer service with operational duties in a fun, mission-driven environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience using product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Cover the sales floor and provide leadership support when the manager is away.
• Open and close the store, process sales transactions at the register.
• Assist with planogram changes, store organization, and stock room maintenance.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and navigate the store.
