💼 About This Role

You'll create high-impact, conversion-focused video and photo content for Meta and TikTok at a fast-growing beverage company. You'll own end-to-end production from concept to publishing, driving engagement and revenue through trend-driven creative. This role combines content creation with performance marketing in a high-volume testing environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain organic content cadence across TikTok and Instagram
• Develop and test 10–20 new creative concepts weekly
• Capture content in events, retail locations, and operational facilities
• Adapt top-performing organic content for paid use

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years creating social media content for DTC or CPG brands
• Strong understanding of Meta and TikTok ad ecosystems
• Proficiency in video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar)
