💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in providing an amazing shopping experience for pop culture fans. You'll help train new recruits and assist with daily operations to meet sales targets. This role lets you combine fandom knowledge with philanthropy as we donate meals with every purchase.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer return visits.
• Open and close the store, covering the sales floor as needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using BOPIS and curbside.
• Assist with planogram changes including store map, wall, fixture, and merchandising mix.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
