💼 About This Role

You'll partner with Account Executives to win strategic enterprise accounts and lead technical evaluations for LaunchDarkly's AI control plane. You'll drive meaningful conversations with CTOs and Heads of AI about the future of software delivery. This role offers deep customer relationships and impactful work in a rapidly growing category.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Partner with AEs to qualify, develop, and close strategic enterprise deals
  • Lead high-impact demos and POVs that demonstrate clear business impact
  • Build deep relationships with technical and business stakeholders
  • Stay ahead of AI-assisted development, governance, and platform engineering trends

📋 Requirements

  • 8+ years in technical sales or solutions engineering selling complex enterprise SaaS
  • Track record of leading POCs, POVs, and world-class demos
  • Experience with structured sales methodologies (MEDDPICC or similar)
  • Willingness to travel up to 35% across EMEA

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience selling adjacent categories like dev tools, observability, or AI infrastructure
  • Proficiency in one of LaunchDarkly's supported languages and container tech (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Personal interest in AI with side projects or experimentation
