You'll support payroll management and administrative-accounting tasks, collaborating on payroll calculation and control. You'll ensure ethical standards and confidentiality in handling sensitive company and employee data.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Register and update employee database and personnel movements.
• Support calculation and control of payroll, bonuses, and incentives.
• Collect and validate payroll incidents (attendance, overtime, bonuses).
• Manage legal and contractual deductions (IGSS, ISR, loans).

📋 Requirements

• Active university student in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in payroll support or personnel administration.
• Basic knowledge of journal entries (salaries, provisions, deductions).
• Intermediate Excel skills and payroll/accounting systems.
