Requirements
- 3+ years B2B SaaS sales development or pipeline generation experience
- Experience managing managers or leading multi-team SDR organizations
- Proven track record driving outbound pipeline in high-growth sales
- Strong data-driven performance management skills
- Ability to influence cross-functional leadership
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop SDR managers through coaching and career development
- Own pipeline generation targets across multiple SDR teams and segments
- Build and scale SDR programs, improving prospecting and qualification strategies
- Align with Sales, Marketing, and cross-functional teams on opportunity quality and lead scoring
- Hire and develop SDR managers and support talent pipelines
