💼 About This Role

You'll lead the global technical recruiting strategy for Notion's Engineering, Product, and Design organizations, partnering with the CTO and co-founder. You'll drive AI-first recruiting practices to improve quality, speed, and candidate experience while building high-performing teams across regions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and own global technical recruiting strategy across Engineering, Product, Design, Data, and TPM.
• Manage and develop a high-performing team of recruiters and recruiting leaders across regions.
• Serve as strategic advisor to senior technical leaders on market intelligence and compensation.
• Lead adoption of AI tools, workflows, and automation across the recruiting function.
• Design and improve processes for pipeline development, interviewer calibration, and offer strategy.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of recruiting leadership experience with a deep focus on technical hiring.
• Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing recruiting teams in fast-moving environments.
• High agency, strategic operator who can set direction and execute.
• Strong analytical instincts with a track record of using data to drive decisions.

• Background in technical recruiting with experience closing at the executive level.
