You'll serve as an attending physician in skilled nursing facilities, building lasting relationships with patients. You'll collaborate with NPs/PAs and leverage AI-powered EHR tools for efficient documentation. This role offers flexible scheduling and a supportive team environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as attending physician for patients in assigned skilled nursing facilities
• Collaborate with NPs/PAs to manage daily patient care and clinical supervision
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions in a patient-centered manner
• Participate in quality initiatives like Chronic Care Management and Remote Patient Monitoring

📋 Requirements

• Active U.S. medical license as MD or DO
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or other appropriate specialty
• Ability to cover facilities 1-2 days per week in Doniphan, MO
• Pass pre-employment criminal background check and drug testing
