💼 About This Role

You'll define and execute AI strategy at SurveyMonkey, leading the shift to an AI-first platform. You'll oversee ML and data science teams to integrate LLMs and NLP into core products, shaping how customers gather and act on feedback.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define long-term data science strategy aligned with business goals
• Translate product requirements into data science projects
• Lead integration of LLMs and NLP into product features
• Manage, mentor, and scale a team of data scientists and ML engineers

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in data science with 5+ years in a Director-level leadership role
• Experience building or leading AI/ML platforms in a cloud environment (e.g., AWS)
• Deep technical acumen in machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and A/B testing
• Demonstrated proficiency in LLM and NLP integration into production systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with MLOps tools like AWS SageMaker or MLflow
• Familiarity with Agentic AI Architecture
• PhD in Computer Science or related field
