• Build, train, and lead Figure's Robot Operator team
• Manage 24/7 robot operations with continuous coverage
• Oversee shift scheduling and frontline operations
• Ensure operators document and escalate issues via Jira
• Track operational metrics and drive process improvements

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years leading frontline or technical operations teams
• Experience operating and troubleshooting hardware or robotics systems
• Managing shift-based operations and competing priorities
• Comfortable working hands-on with humanoid hardware

• Experience with robotics or AI data collection
• 10+ years leading teams operating complex technology
