Description

You will drive process improvement projects in logistics and distribution, working closely with field operations to implement solutions, coach teams, and ensure data-driven decisions. Your work will support new market launches, improve unit economics, and help expand our 3PL business vertical.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of standard-work and lean principles
• Experience with statistical tools such as SPC, process capability, Pareto analysis, fishbone
• Ability to create documentation for training materials and standard operating procedures
• Skill in coaching and developing team members
• Proficiency in data analysis and process improvement methodologies

Responsibilities

• Support cross-functional teams in launching new projects and initiatives across the country
• Maintain thorough understanding of Production and Delivery Operations
• Support start-up, validation, and sustainment of existing and incoming software and systems
• Analyze data and use value stream mapping to identify strategic improvement opportunities
• Manage a portfolio of lean projects using tools like 5S, KPI, SMED, VSM, and Kaizen
