You'll provide L1โL2 IT support for a global fully-remote team, troubleshooting laptops, SaaS tools, and network issues. You'll own tickets from request through resolution, contributing to continuous improvement of support workflows. This role offers hands-on experience with AI-first operations at a growing enterprise platform company.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Act as primary contact for IT support via ticketing system, chat, and email.
- Troubleshoot VPN, network, identity, and MDM issues.
- Triage, categorize, prioritize, and route tickets with clear updates.
- Document solutions and identify recurring problems for improvement.
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years IT helpdesk or equivalent experience.
- Experience supporting remote SaaS-driven environments with Windows/macOS.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Clear communication in English with user-friendly explanations.
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with MDM-managed environments.
- Supporting a fully remote global workforce across time zones.
- Additional languages beyond English.
