You'll provide L1โ€“L2 IT support for a global fully-remote team, troubleshooting laptops, SaaS tools, and network issues. You'll own tickets from request through resolution, contributing to continuous improvement of support workflows. This role offers hands-on experience with AI-first operations at a growing enterprise platform company.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Act as primary contact for IT support via ticketing system, chat, and email.
  • Troubleshoot VPN, network, identity, and MDM issues.
  • Triage, categorize, prioritize, and route tickets with clear updates.
  • Document solutions and identify recurring problems for improvement.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3+ years IT helpdesk or equivalent experience.
  • Experience supporting remote SaaS-driven environments with Windows/macOS.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Clear communication in English with user-friendly explanations.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with MDM-managed environments.
  • Supporting a fully remote global workforce across time zones.
  • Additional languages beyond English.
