You'll perform general maintenance for shopping centers, including exterior repairs and managing vacant spaces. You'll ensure properties are in good operating order and respond to emergencies. This role offers a company truck and competitive benefits.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform general exterior repairs and maintenance
• Inspect properties and complete property review reports
• Respond to building emergencies on a 24-hour basis
• Supervise outside contractors and evaluate performance

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant commercial site management experience
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Able to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting
• Familiarity with building systems

• Experience with fire/life safety inspections
• Understanding of accounting reconciliation of bills
