Description

As an Associate Event Project Manager at SpotMe, you'll deliver extraordinary event experiences using our app-based solutions for Life Science and Enterprise clients. You'll independently build and configure event apps, manage client relationships, and ensure flawless execution across in-person, virtual, and hybrid events.

Requirements

  • Experience with end-to-end ownership of corporate B2B events (webinars, conferences, trade shows, etc.)
  • Strong customer-centric mindset and attention to detail
  • Ability to work at a fast pace on multiple projects
  • Familiarity with event technology and app-based solutions
  • Willingness to travel for onsite events

Responsibilities

  • Build, configure, and launch web and mobile event apps independently
  • Manage clients and senior stakeholders with clear communication throughout project lifecycle
  • Coordinate with vendors, internal teams, and customers for seamless live event execution
  • Ensure speakers are briefed and prepared for webinars, virtual sessions, or onsite presentations
  • Handle post-event communications, analyze data, and deliver insightful reports with recommendations
