Description

You will design and build shared platform systems and tooling to help engineering teams develop and run services reliably at SeatGeek. You'll collaborate across teams to improve performance, scalability, and developer experience, while contributing to production operations and on-call responsibilities.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in platform or product application development.
• Passion for delivering frictionless developer workflows and user interfaces.
• Familiarity with building, running, or improving production systems.
• Thoughtful approach to writing maintainable code with focus on usability.
• Interest in developer experience and platform usability.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and support shared platform systems and tooling.
• Partner with engineering and product teams to address performance, scalability, and reliability needs.
• Contribute to system reliability, observability, security, and scalability through automation.
• Participate in production system operations including on-call rotation and incident response.
• Help evolve internal platforms, APIs, standards, and shared tooling.
