💼 About This Role

You'll lead the adoption of Unity's Offerwall solution among top-tier Japanese app publishers and game developers. Your core impact will be transforming partner user engagement into high-yield revenue streams while balancing UX and monetization. You'll act as the bridge between the Japanese market and global product teams, translating local trends into scalable features.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Identify and close high-value supply partnerships with leading game studios and utility apps.
  • Orchestrate technical and commercial integration of Offerwall, advising on reward ratios and placement.
  • Build deep relationships with CEOs, CROs, and Heads of Monetization.
  • Act as primary bridge between Japanese market and Global Product teams.

📋 Requirements

  • 6–9 years in AdTech or Mobile Gaming with supply/publisher management focus.
  • Proven success in Solution Selling for rewarded advertising frameworks.
  • Fluency in Product (SDK integrations, API calls) and Business (LTV, ARPU, eCPM).
  • Strategic vision to identify market opportunities 12 months ahead.

  • Experience with Japanese holiday campaigns (Golden Week, New Year).
  • Existing network of Japanese game publishers or app developers.
  • Familiarity with Unity ecosystem or game engine monetization.
