You'll join Michigan's top Farmers Insurance agency to generate new business and provide tailored insurance solutions. Your core impact will be consulting with clients and selling Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies. This role offers comprehensive training and clear advancement path including agency ownership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Generate new business by prospecting and converting leads
• Consult with clients to evaluate coverage needs
• Sell and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance
• Build long-term client relationships through proactive policy reviews
• Meet and exceed individual sales benchmarks

📋 Requirements

• 1 year of sales or customer service experience
• Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license preferred
• Comfortable making outbound calls and closing sales
• Strong organizational and time management skills
