You'll prepare, treat, and finish wood pieces for custom luxury van conversions, ensuring impeccable quality and aesthetic. Your work directly impacts the client experience and the brand's high-end positioning.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Read and interpret plans, then cut and calibrate wood pieces
• Sand surfaces manually and mechanically before finishing
• Apply stains, oils, varnishes, and lacquers to exact standards
• Verify quality and perform touch-ups to ensure flawless finish

📋 Requirements

• 2 years of experience in a similar finishing role
• High school diploma (DEP in furniture finishing preferred)
• Proficiency with manual work and workshop tools
• Valid driver's license (vehicle is an asset)
