Description

You will provide compassionate, evidence-based care to women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and other midlife transitions through a virtual-first telehealth model. Your work helps close the gender health gap by delivering personalized, covered-by-insurance care.

Requirements

• Active NP license in at least one US state (MD preferred)
• Prescriptive authority and national board certification (FNP, WHNP, AGNP or similar)
• 3+ years recent NP experience in Primary Care, Women's Health, or Gynecology
• Ability to work independently and make clinical decisions
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and EMRs

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based care for women in midlife transitions
• Deliver personalized treatment including hormonal therapy and lifestyle coaching
• Engage in purposeful, unhurried patient visits
• Collaborate with clinical team and care coordinators
• Utilize telehealth platform and EMR systems
