You'll build scalable internal tools and integrations to enable applied AI across Mark43. You'll identify high-impact opportunities and turn them into production-ready solutions that improve safety and quality of life for communities. This hands-on engineering role sits at the intersection of IT, security, and business operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and deploy reusable AI-powered services and integrations
• Design and implement connectors between AI systems and platforms like Salesforce or Workday
• Partner with stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities and translate them into scalable tools
• Improve reliability and performance of existing AI-enabled systems

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in software engineering or related technical roles
• Strong hands-on experience building and shipping production systems with modern programming languages
• Experience working with AI technologies such as LLMs and integrating them into applications
• Strong experience with REST APIs, microservices, and system integrations

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience building AI-powered applications using OpenAI, Claude, or similar
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience with data governance, security, and compliance in enterprise environments
