You'll lead aerospace R&D projects focusing on aircraft ice protection systems and related electro-thermal innovations. Your work will span the full development lifecycle from concept to validation in specialized wind tunnel environments.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead technical work packages across aerospace R&D projects
• Design and execute experimental testing in laboratory and wind tunnel environments
• Develop and validate models of in-flight icing behavior
• Produce technical documentation and development plans

📋 Requirements

• HNC/degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related discipline
• Proven experience in electro-mechanical, sensing, or controller systems
• Hands-on experience in PCB design and electronics engineering
• Ability to coordinate technical work and lead activities without direct authority
