• Design and deliver complex web initiatives end-to-end
• Optimize browsing experiences and login flows for conversion

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years building modern large-scale web applications
• Strong expertise in TypeScript, React, and Next.js
• Deep understanding of Core Web Vitals and performance optimization
• Proven experience designing and running A/B tests
