💼 About This Role

You'll join the Automation and Systems Engineering team to test and validate immunoassay systems. You'll run systematic tests across assay workflows and integrated engineering systems. This role offers exposure to both biology and engineering in a fast-growing startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Run and document tests on automated assay workflows and engineering subsystems.
• Evaluate reproducibility, robustness, and sensitivity of proteomic and molecular biology assays.
• Support system-level testing of fully automated workflows combining assay and instrumentation.
• Analyze and organize test data using Excel or similar tools.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Bioengineering or related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in bioengineering testing of immunoassays or nucleic acid assays.
• Hands-on experience with immunoassays and/or qPCR systems.
• Basic programming skills in Python or C# for test automation or data analysis.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with liquid handling automation or mechatronic instruments.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis and data visualization for assay or system performance.
• Experience working in a cross-disciplinary team environment.
